Since 2021, we have been working with SeneCura<\/strong>, a leading private healthcare and care provider, and part of the international Orpea<\/strong> group. Orpea is one of the largest healthcare and care providers in Europe, operating several hundred facilities across numerous countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the framework of this partnership, initial pilot projects were developed to effectively address the increasing shortage of skilled professionals in healthcare. From this, a continuously growing process has emerged: we have now successfully selected over 130 professionals<\/strong> for deployment at more than 25 SeneCura locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The combination of the Orpea Group\u2019s international reach and our expertise in language preparation, integration, and recruitment creates a sustainable solution. Professionals are not only integrated professionally into the European labor market but are also supported culturally to ensure long-term success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This creates a clear added value: facilities benefit from stable staffing, residents from high-quality care, and professionals from new career opportunities in the European healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
