Recruitment in the country of origin and language preparation

In cooperation with universities, institutions, local partners and employment agencies, we recruit highly qualified specialists in the country of origin and begin language preparation there to facilitate the start in the new working environment.

Workshops

In targeted workshops, the specialists are prepared both professionally and privately for their future employer and their new environment.

Kick-off meeting and getting to know each other personally

Your personal contact will present the entire process to your team and clarify any unanswered questions. In addition, a requirements profile for the specialists will be drawn up together.

Integration preparation and coaching

As part of the language training, the specialists are supported by coaches who assist them in all situations in their native language and prepare them for the target country

Job interviews and hiring commitments

Job interviews with the employer usually take place via video conference and are accompanied by interpreters if necessary. Hiring commitments are usually made within 14 days.

Arrival

From flight bookings and travel insurance to transportation to the place of employment, we take care of the entire organization and coordination - in close consultation with the employer.

Document management and communication with authorities

Talent & Care takes over and coordinates the entire document management from the outset, including any work and residence permits

Professional recognition
