Recruitment in the country of origin and language preparation

In collaboration with universities, institutions, and employment agencies, we recruit highly qualified professionals directly in their country of origin and start language preparation there to facilitate their entry into the new work environment.

Workshops

In targeted workshops, professionals are prepared both professionally and personally for their future employers and new environment.

Kick-off meeting and personal introduction

Your personal contact person presents the entire process to your team and clarifies all open questions. In addition, a requirement profile for the professionals is created together.

Integration preparation and coaching

As part of language training, professionals are supported by coaches who assist them in all aspects of life in their native language and prepare them for Europe.

Job interviews

Interviews with the employer are usually conducted via video conference and, if necessary, supported by interpreters.

Arrival

From flight booking and travel insurance to transport to the workplace, we handle the entire organization and coordination – in close cooperation with the employers.

Document and authorities management

Talent & Care manages and coordinates the entire document process from the start, including any necessary work and residence permits.

Professional recognition

In collaboration with national educational institutions, we ensure that professionals are recognized for their respective professions or achieve recognition through supplementary measures.

Language as the key to successful integration
Language is a central resource for the integration of highly qualified professionals. It not only facilitates everyday communication but also makes professional qualifications visible, enables the recognition of educational degrees, and eases orientation in the new professional environment. Language skills promote motivation, self-confidence, and long-term success in Europe.

Many professionals already begin targeted language courses in their home country, complemented by further measures in Europe to ensure the continuous development of language and professional skills. At the same time, they are prepared for cultural specificities and everyday professional life to facilitate intercultural integration.

To ensure quality, a team of certified language examiners monitors the language courses remotely and ensures that agreed standards are met and the corresponding language level is achieved.
Sprachschule Talent & Care
The learning progress of professionals – in terms of performance and motivation – is continuously documented. Based on this, predictions about the expected arrival date can be made, which facilitates planning and coordination. Language and intercultural preparation thus form the foundation for a successful start for professionals in their new work and living environment.
