Since 2021, we have been working with SeneCura, a leading private healthcare and care provider, and part of the international Orpea group. Orpea is one of the largest healthcare and care providers in Europe, operating several hundred facilities across numerous countries.

Within the framework of this partnership, initial pilot projects were developed to effectively address the increasing shortage of skilled professionals in healthcare. From this, a continuously growing process has emerged: we have now successfully selected over 130 professionals for deployment at more than 25 SeneCura locations.

The combination of the Orpea Group’s international reach and our expertise in language preparation, integration, and recruitment creates a sustainable solution. Professionals are not only integrated professionally into the European labor market but are also supported culturally to ensure long-term success.
