Since 2025, we have taken over the business of Talentsproject, which had already been closely connected with us for years. This has allowed us to expand our activities in the Trade & Industry sector and systematically recruit skilled professionals and apprentices from Spain for deployment in companies across the DACH region.

In recent years, more than 400 relocations have been successfully organized in this way. The placement ranges from young talents and apprentices to highly qualified professionals, who are specifically prepared for the requirements of their new positions.

The Styrian Tourism Company has taken this initiative as an opportunity to produce a video that impressively documents the processes, the preparation of the professionals, and the cultural bridge between the home country and the destination country.

This success demonstrates how strategic, international recruiting sustainably strengthens companies in the trade and industry sectors while simultaneously providing young talents with new opportunities.
